MULTIMETAL Tube Fittings are Double Ferrule type. It has unique and variety of features, such as:
- Fittings are flare less mechanical grip type.
- Self-aligned and provides torque free seal.
- After assembly, two ferrules provide leak-proof seals at three separate points.
- Excellent make and re-make life.
- Resists vibration and can adjust temperature cycling.
- Equally good in thick and thin tubing irrespective of tube hardness.
- Suitable for both low and high pressure & temperature service.
- Neither weakens the tube wall nor reduces its flow area.
- Micro finished by CNC and other sophisticated modern machines.
- Variety of configuration and metallurgy.
- Fittings are type tested satisfactorily under EIL & ERDA.
